Yes, we do. We have a dedicated team of specialists who can help you anytime. All you have to do is to make a phone call and order a repair at home. An appointed serviceman will come to your place when scheduled with you and inspect any appliances that need repair or maintenance. Please note some products have a Return-to-base Warranty only which means we can certainly still come to you but we may charge a service fee.

Yes, we are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance.

Yes, for repairs, we offer a 12 Month guarantee. In the event there is any issues with work undertaken, we will fix it free of charge within 12 months from the date of invoice.
